This month's menu will feature delicately procured local ingredients found in the bounty of Southern Oregon's springtime landscape. This four-course\, plated dining experience will highlight forager-favorites including fiddleheads\, wild mushrooms\, asparagus\, garlic scapes\, rhubarb\, strawberries\, fresh tender greens\, herbs and more! Combine these flavors with valley favorites Plaisance Ranch beef and sustainable seafood from Port Orford for a night to remember.\n\n \n\nAs always\, live music will be provided.
