DESCRIPTION:Girls Rock! is a Science\, Technology\, Engineering and Math (STEM) program offered to all girls age 9-13 in Southern Oregon. This free\, one day event is attended by girls accompanied by an adult. It is held at Grants Pass High School.\n\n\n\nSeven hands-on workshops are offered\, which are designed to actively engage girls in learning process and spark their interest in STEM. The coalition of AAUW\, Soroptimist and Zonta organize this event free to the girls and their adult. Breakfast and lunch are provided and all materials are free.
