This practice targets tension and tightness in the fascia the connective tissue that surrounds muscles using gentle yoga poses\, breathwork\, and self-massage techniques with props such as therapy balls and blocks.\n\n\n\nWhether you sit at a desk all day\, experience lower back discomfort\, or simply want to move more freely\, this workshop will help you: \n\n	Improve range of motion and flexibility \n	Release chronic tension and knots \n	Enhance body awareness and posture \n	Soothe the nervous system and promote deep relaxation \n\nNo prior yoga experience is necessary just a willingness to slow down\, explore\, and listen to your body. Michelle is the founder of Orthopedic Yoga and Evolution Trainings. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist\, a Thai bodyworker\, a nerve and artery specialist\, and a Board Certified Structural Integrator in the lineage of Ida Rolf. Michelle has been teaching for 25 years and training teachers since 2005. She brings her unique style of yoga to students of all levels\, ages\, shapes and sizes. She believes it is a blessing to be able to bring the gifts of a strong body\, quiet mind\, and a blissful spirit.
