1 Day Women's Self Defense ~ RPG
Cost- $75
Pre Requisites-
Women ages 18 and over (special age waivers granted upon request with parental consent) who have a strong desire to learn basic techniques that aid in self-protection. Persons who are convicted felons, have a documented history of mental illness, or who have been convicted of domestic violence need not apply.

Course Description-
This course designed to teach skills that aid in avoiding and protecting oneself against an attacker. Practical instruction for real-life scenarios using basic but effective techniques and usage of everyday items. Participants will finish the course with a higher sense of situational awareness and self-confi...dence in their own personal protection. Be advised that while this course is designed for all women, beginners through advanced trainers, it is specifically designed to be intense. Techniques in this course are tested in practical applications applied with force. Our instructors demand concentration and intense dedication during class times for both the safety of the students and instructors.

Basic Escaping Captivity
Use of Choking Techniques
Body Manipulation Training
Defensive and Preventive Tactics
Mindset Training
