This exclusive evening features a thoughtfully crafted menu from Chef Justin Wolf, with each course highlighting the bold, earthy essence of their peak-season harvest—including a special feature of Cow Creek chicken, raised with the same commitment to quality and care.

Each course is accompanied by a delightful wine pairing selected by our Wine Director, Faith Lemire-Baeten, designed to complement and enhance the flavors of the meal.
