Authors Faire

Did you know writers have to know as much about marketing as they do about writing? Defining their brand and putting together a promotion plan is an integral part of an author’s life. Find out how authors do it at the Authors Book Faire, Thursday, May 23, 6:00pm-9:00pm at the Grants Pass Museum of Art located at 229 SW G Street in Grants Pass. This is a great opportunity to find out what local authors are writing about, for budding authors to learn about the process, and for the reading public to find some good summer reads.

From mysteries to memoirs, Authors’ Innovative Marketing (AIM) members will discuss their genres, characters and plots so readers know the backstory of every book on display. Free refreshments will reflect some aspect of the books and you may even catch a glimpse of a character or two.
