 Locations and Costs
Balloons launch from PARKSIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. No charge to attend. All other activities take place off Lower River Road — 1.7 miles past Lincoln Road. Parking is $7 per vehicle. (no entrance from Upper River Road)
VEHICLES PARKED ALONG UPPER OR LOWER RIVER ROADS WILL BE TOWED
BALLOONING AND KITE FLYING ARE WEATHER DEPENDENT ACTIVITIES. Balloon flights are not available during the festival.
Pets are prohibited, as balloons and kites can cause animals to be alarmed. This is a NON smoking event. Violators will be asked to leave. NO alcohol is permitted in premises. Golf cart shuttles are available for disabled individuals, from the parking area to the performance area. Limited seating is available. Unauthorized drones are NOT allowed in the area during balloon and kite activities.

NO ENTRY ALLOWED from Upper River Road. All traffic will be routed to Lower River Road for entrance into the festival.
