While the name bay make you think this show is in the gutters, it is anything but! Written by Greg Kotis an Mark Hollman, it is a hilarious satire of both musical theater itself as well as larger issues. The story take place in a nameless city where drought has ravaged the city so thoroughly, the people must pay to use the bathroom.
