Cardboard Boat Regatta~YMCA
Design and build a person-powered corrugated cardboard boat capable of racing 25 meters (the length of the pool). Boat’s maximum size is 8' long by 4' wide. The theme this year is Halloween Spooktacular!
Pre-built boats are built at home, typically in line with the theme.
Speed build boats are built on site in the allotted hour. Cardboard and one roll of duct tape are provided. You can bring additional duct tape or purchase additional rolls at $6 per roll.
