Join the cidermakers behind Apple Outlaw at their cidery as they guide you through the process of making a small batch of hard cider with minimal equipment. The class will be lead through the process of cider making which will include juicing apples, pitching, fermenting, blending and bottling. There will be an opportunity to learn about the complexity and history of hard cider by tasting varieties that range from sweet to dry.
At the end of the class, participants will have an opportunity to sample some of Apple Outlaw’s ciders. They will also receive a complimentary jug of cider ready to ferment AND a pint of cider.
Limited seating is available. Registration must be completed prior to January 17, 2020 at 8:00 PM through Eventbrite.
