Downshift Power 9~Blue Zones

Come #Downshift with us and, #Livelongerbetter. In this 60 minute class we will discuss different techniques to relax and de-stress. Did you know that the longest living people have daily routines to shed stress, a major contributor to inflammation and disease?

We are looking forward to teaming up with certified health coach Coral Simpson. She has owned her own business and has been successfully teaching people how to de-stress for the last 3 years. Coral loves empowering people to learn new ways and take steps towards living an amazing life. Coral is very excited about this opportunity to teach the Blue Zone Projects Power 9 principles starting in January. Downshift is the 1st in a series of 9 classes.

This is a FREE interactive class that will provide valuable tools to de-stress. Come join us for an evening of relaxation at Asante Three Rivers.
