Effective Supervisory Practices ~ BOLI
The Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Technical Assistance for Employers Program will present a full day seminar on Effective Supervisory Practices. This session will cover the employment relationship from legal hiring to setting goals and performance expectations, documenting employee performance, conducting discipline, and termination.
