Customer Service Representatives
FCR - What exactly do we do here? We do inbound customer/technical support via phone, chat, email and social media for a variety of different clients.
We do NOT do any cold calling or collections and are different (in a good way) than any other call center.
We work hard but we play hard too with all kinds of monthly fun events for our colleagues.
