Food Pantry Nutrition Program Training

Teach food pantry clients how to store, cut, and cook fresh produce. All materials supplied by the Josephine County Food Bank, all produce during summer grown onsite at Raptor Creek Farm. Demos happen once a month.

Meetings quarterly to try out recipes (recipes supplied by OSU – can be seen on their Food Hero website), bi-annual food demo trainings in conjunction with Master Food Preservers. Food Handlers Card required.
