Third Annual Healthy Food Festival Learn how food affects your mind, body, and spirit.

Enjoy a FREE day of sampling foods, practices, classes, and products designed to help you be healthy and to create a more healthy community.

The Program Guide will direct you to Vendors with items that interest you, classes you want to learn in, speakers you want to listen to, food you want to taste, and demonstrations you would like to experience.

Take the Guide home and have a calendar of healthy living events for the entire winter!
