Josephine County Artist Association (JCAA) Luncheon and Critique. 9:30 registration. Leah Fanning Mebane will demonstrate abstract oils and show us how to mix natural earth oils at 10am. Willo Balfrey will be the judge and present the critique at 12:30 pm.
