This workshop will include:
• A look at why planning for care in the future is important
• Thinking about goals, values, and what matters most
• Learning about possible future situations and choices you might face • Understanding how to make decisions for yourself or have someone help you
• Discussing things to think about if you or a loved one has dementia, and what to write down to help with care in the future (life story)
