Calling all energetic kiddos (and their cheer squads)! The Kids Dash is back in Grants Pass, and it’s shaping up to be one fun-filled, action-packed day you won’t want to miss. Best of all? It’s completely FREE! 

This awesome community event is all about fun, fitness, and bringing people together. We’ve got age-specific races for kids ages 2 to 12, so whether your little runner is just learning to dash or ready to set a new personal best, there’s a race just for them! For those wanting a bigger challenge (or if you’re feeling speedy yourself), sign up for the Mile Challenge, open to all ages!

But wait, there’s more!  Swing by the Wellness Fair, where families can explore cool health and fitness activities, tips, and freebies that help keep everyone feeling their best.

And if your kids love to move (who doesn’t?), they’ll have a blast with Oregon Duck athletes leading field events and obstacle courses throughout the day. It’s a chance for them to learn from the best, burn off some energy, and maybe even meet a Duck superstar!
