The Play that Goes Wrong
Welcome to opening night of the Cornley Drama Society?s newest production, "The Murder at Haversham Manor," where things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. This 1940s whodunit has everything you never wanted in a show? a set that won?t stay together, a corpse that can?t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines). Nevertheless, the dedicated thespians battle through rapidly unraveling scenes, proving that the show must go on?even if it?s a complete disaster! Perfect for audiences of all ages, this laugh-out-loud production celebrates the joy of theater in the most comically chaotic way. This award-winning comedy is sure to be a smash hit? literally!
Performances will take place at the Grants Pass Performing Arts Center on November 8th-17th, with Friday and Saturday shows at 7:00 PM and Sunday shows at 2:00 PM. Tickets cost $12 for Adults, and $8 for Students and Seniors, all general seating.
