The Toby Fund of Wolf Creek Oregon, Inc. is celebrating more than 200 rural dogs Unchained/Out of Tight Confinement and gifted yards. Presenter: Ann Southcombe slideshow "Unchaining Captive Animals' Hearts".
Ann's life work is creating enrichment activities for animals in zoos & sanctuaries, she's appeared on PBS' "Nova" & National Geographic, worked with Koko the famous signing gorilla, and authored books about her work.
