Wine & Cheese Pairing Class at Partake-Beaujolais

First and foremost, Beaujolais is delicious! Beaujolais wine is distinctly different, distinctly delicious, and distinctly Beaujolais! They have a “crushable” and “gulpable” quality, a wine that wants to be drunk joyously! This bouji grape is called Gamay, is bright, fruity, and has personality. It’s unlike any other grape, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
