Women's Self Defense (Weekly Training) ~ RPG
Our weekly WSD class is back!
Come join us on Monday Nights from 5:45pm-7:00pm to learn effective self defense techniques in a safe and encouraging environment!
The first class is free and we have monthly and drop-in rates available, so grab your lady friends and come check out the area's only Women's Self--Defense class worth taking!
*Ages 18 and up (16+ with parental waiver)
*Comfortable clothing suggested, socks or bare feet
only on the training mats.
*This class is physically demanding. Please consult a doctor before engaging in vigorous activity
