Yoga for the Youth ~ An all levels class to benefit Hearts With A Mission
Never tried yoga before? This is a perfect place to start and give back to the community!
BE Yoga was founded on the knowledge that yoga is more than physical exercise; it teaches practical tools for living like mindfulness, confidence, courage, compassion, and the ability to serve.
We are a community-minded yoga studio that aims to share these tools with a diverse set of community members.
This month we celebrate Hearts With A Mission, a homeless youth shelter in Josephine County.
Join us for a class suitable for all levels and geared towards supporting our youth.
